Amy by Cognolite

A friendly voice that calls. And remembers.

Amy makes regular, warm phone calls to someone you care about — or to you. She remembers the people, stories and little things that matter, so every call feels like a continuation, not a chatbot starting again.

Why Amy feels different

A warm phone companion for different kinds of people — and something useful for the family too.

Conversation with personality

Not a questionnaire. Amy chats about everyday life, family, interests, plans and whatever is on someone's mind.

🧠

She remembers

The next call can continue naturally — the garden, the grandchildren, the cancelled trip or something they wanted to come back to.

She can notice change

Across repeated calls, Cognolite can compare conversational wellbeing indicators over time and create structured, non-diagnostic summaries.

Reassurance for family

A short update. Not a clinical report.

Useful enough to act on. Short enough to actually read.

Amy Family is designed to turn repeated conversations into a concise, permission-led update for someone the caller chooses.

  • What seems to be going well.
  • Anything that appears to have changed.
  • One or two things worth checking in on.
  • A clear indication if nothing urgent has emerged.

It does not send private transcripts to family, and it is not presented as a diagnosis or medical assessment.

Illustrative Amy Family Update

Margaret

Week ending 7 August 2026 · based on recent Amy calls
Overall

Margaret sounded brighter after Sarah's visit, though family contact has been less consistent than usual and one family issue seems to be on her mind.

What Amy noticed
  • Sarah's visit coincided with a noticeable lift in mood.
  • Margaret remains engaged with gardening, crosswords and reading.
  • She brought up a difficult relationship with Bob without prompting.
  • No meaningful change in memory or day-to-day functioning was apparent.
Worth checking in on

Ask how she is feeling about Bob and whether the next family visit is still planned.

Urgency
No urgent concern identified
Example only. Generated from conversational indicators; not a diagnosis or medical assessment. Shared only with the caller's permission.
